The individual health management plan includes a holistic approach, including natural alternatives and supplementation recommendations, lifestyle change and mindset coaching. During this appointment, I will look at all available blood test results, clinicial signs and symptoms and other tests that may have been done recently and formulate the management plan accordingly.
