I believe there are 5 limiting beliefs that will be detrimental to your hormonal health as you move into and through perimenopause.

These beliefs have been handed down to us by our parents and other family members and unless we put intentional effort into uncovering these limiting beliefs, it'll keep us stuck inside of a medical system that doesn't offer any solutions for women.

There is a unbelievable lack of solutions offered to women inside of the medical system of all first world countries.  It's time that women start recognising this and turning to professionals that offer effective alternatives.
